Delegates are expected to attend the three state delegate assemblies during the school year. Two of the meetings are scheduled after school. One is scheduled during a Saturday.

The main responsibility of the delegates at the Delegate Assembly is to represent the East Greenwich teachers and to bring back information to the teachers from the state meetings.
